6 thoughts about Peace for Peace Day

International peace day, I thought I'd share a few thoughts about peace. I'll be Tweeting about peace all day.
1. We mostly live in peace. I never want to think about it before. Instead, my attention was at war and violence in the world. Maxine Hong Kingston for the first time I had my eyes opened. He went further. Look around, he said. Where war is in your life? She relaxed me about neighborhoods, even in war-torn countries said. We mostly live in peace. Have you noticed?
2. Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me. If we want to see peace in the world, we have peace within ourselves will begin. Maybe it's time to make peace with the 'battle of bulge' to your own perfection, and the inner critic who pretends to hate you. Peace Pilgrim said, "When you find peace within yourself, you become the type of person who can not live in peace with others."
3. "Peace is what you wish for something that is not you, something you do, what you are, and something you Ndy lost." Robert Lyandrv. Peace takes action, movement and intention. If you want peace in your house, concentrate on what measures you can to make things better. Simple measures the greatest difference.

4. A thousand wishes for peace, the power of a simple act toward peace is not. What peace? Letting go of grudges. Say hello to neighbors. Talking to kids who live up the street. Going to that party, even if you do not want to. Your actions matter.
5. Remember thoughts are prayers. Thoughts of violence on peace all. Prayer research is clear. Send a prayer, people will be better. What happens when you a rough idea? You can guess the result. So all those violent thoughts about this man in your next car you have? Your boss? Your ex-husband? Disrupt peace in the world are. If peace is important to you, let it go to work on. Put a bandage on your wrist. When your mind becomes like someone spit fire, snap the rubber band is.
6. Want world peace? Learn a lovely, gentle meditation. Seriously. I've never seen anything more powerful. I've seen this meditation into individuals, families and entire communities. Start by giving your loving kindness. After a year, giving loving kindness to the people you love the move. Only then can you move to send loving kindness to people you are fighting.
